1. Digital Products & Delivery
SmartBloom Store sells premium printable challenge workbooks and activity editions in digital format (PDF). Upon successful payment confirmation via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), your digital download access is activated immediately in your personalized Digital Library, and download links are sent to your verified email.
2. License Grant & Permitted Usage
- Household & Personal License: Each purchase grants the buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive license to download, save, and print unlimited copies for personal, family, and household educational use.
- Commercial Prohibitions: You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to public torrents/file-sharing platforms, or use any portion of our books for commercial profit without prior written authorization from SmartBloom Store.
3. User Accounts & Google Sign-In
To access your purchased editions and lifetime license downloads, you may connect using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and to safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your connected account.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to promotional discounts or change without prior notice. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store or access your credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
5. Refund Policy
Because our products are delivered digitally with instant file access, purchases are generally final. However, if you experience technical file corruption, missing pages, or an accidental duplicate charge, please contact our support team at hello.fenmark@gmail.com within 7 days, and we will promptly resolve the issue or issue a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, layout design, logic puzzles, texts, illustrations, logos, and digital workbooks on smartbloom.store are the exclusive copyrighted property of SmartBloom Store and its creators.
